I just loved how helpful everyone was with our bags. I appreciated that coordination! the location let us explore cool churches. we found amazing neapolitan food. i felt really safe, because there were so many locked doors! breakfast was easy with lots of choices too.
The pillows were not the best. I found them a bit cheap.

The hotel is near piazza dante metro station and a 30-minute walk from the central train station. many nice bars are also nearby. It secure hotel inside a courtyard with a gate.

breakfast included a great selection, made mornings easy! i also noticed several restaurants nearby offer gluten-free options. the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast bags for early departures too.

The staff helped me with baggage! they gave information about a train strike, which saved us from major headaches! they answered my questions about rental scooters. They were quick to bring extra towels too.

The breakfast was good. espresso was freshly made there. we ordered drinks from the pool menu and a salad. It was a great option after a busy day. the staff organized a taxi for us when we departed.
The fig scent in bathroom products was very light. I barely noticed it.
